You've unlocked the Wheel of Fortune Card
Each card in the Major Arcana represents a different part of your journey. I then take that card, add it back into my deck, shuffle, and ask for clarity. Then I find the unlocked card and pull the card behind and in front of it. The card behind (left) is the shadow. The card in front (right) is the way forward.
Here is your reading with The Wheel of Fortune card...
Four of swords
Take a break from your busy schedule to restore and heal yourself. It’s important that you take care of the body, mind, and soul before taking on new challenges to make sure you’re at your best when things get tough again. You’ve already reached an important milestone in accomplishing what matters most-rest is essential for keeping everything else running smoothly.
This will be a challenge. You are being told to stay inactive for now, in order to strengthen your mental state. Clear out any stress or clutter that may be weighing on you mentally before taking action again. To do this successfully requires some quiet reflection where possible – find an empty space away from all distractions (including technology) where there’s only nature around you. You need solitude and time apart from others to gather your thoughts and feelings.
Wheel of fortune
The Wheel of Fortune is a wild card. It suggests you feel factors outside of your control are influencing the situation you’re in and it can be unpredictable, even unnerving at times. But don’t let that stop you. Now is a time to go with the flow.
This is a reminder that life moves in cycles, with everything changing and returning to its original state. It is often called the card of karma. In other words karma-saya (the Hindu concept of what happens because you do something) or just one simple word: “nitya” – upholding order.
The wheel never stands still. Be open to the help of others, too, as guidance from both the physical and spiritual realms will support you along your journey. Know that if you feel the wheel has turned out of your favor, it will soon turn again.
Ten of cups
The Ten of Cups says you are feeling whole and complete. It indicates a happy family or group, the people who understand where you come from and what makes you tick. You feel at home in this place or with these people around you, they are family- even if some of them don’t know it yet. For many witches finding a group can be a lot more nuanced than for other groups in society due to the often misunderstood nature of witchcraft. This is where terms and definitions can be helpful, but may also feel overwhelming. Rest assured the Ten of Cups says you have found a place where you belong.
This isn’t just about finding a place to belong, you’ve done the hard work. It’s important to take a moment and appreciate all the things you’ve accomplished. Whether it was something small or big, it can be hard to step back and see everything objectively because we are so close to what we do on a day-to-day basis. But as witches, it is important that we focus on the positive aspects of our lives and give credit where credit is due. Living with appreciation helps us develop the deepest connection to the energies around us. It starts with appreciating ourselves first. Today I want us all just to stop for a minute and think about what you have done and how far you have come! Now is a good time to look at all that you’ve accomplished thus far.
