Materials:

• Eggshells (halved, rinsed, and dried)
• Chia seeds
• Soil 
• Water 
• A small green candle
• A piece of paper and pen
• A small bowl of honey or milk

Instructions:

Find a quiet place where the earth feels alive. A windowsill where the morning light spills in, a garden still damp with dew, or a quiet table where you can listen to the rhythm of your own breath. Gather your materials before you, and take a moment to cleanse yourself, materials, before grounding and centering your energy. If you would like to cast a circle and call in any energies to assist you, do so now.

1. Light your candle. Watch the flame dance. Speak the Ostara blessing:
   “Ostara, turn the wheel once more,
   Bring growth and blessings to my door.
   With open hands, my dreams I sow,
   As above, so below.”

2. Hold each eggshell in your hands and whisper: “You held life, you nurtured it well,
   Now cradle my dreams in your protective shell.”
   Picture the eggshells glowing with a soft, golden light, ready to carry your intentions into the world.

3. On your piece of paper, write what you wish to manifest. Be sure to keep it simple and clear. Fold the paper toward yourself and press it to your heart, breathing life into your desire.

4. Spoon the soil into each eggshell.

5. Sprinkle the chia seeds gently into the soil. As you cover them lightly, visualize your intention sprouting, strong and certain.

6. Dip your fingers into the water and let a few drops fall onto the seeds.

7. Let the candle burn down, or respectfully extinguish it and relight it over the next few days.

8. Leave a small offering of honey or milk outside or on your altar, a gift to the earth and the energies that guide you.

9. Thank any energies that assisted you today. If you have cast a circle, release it now.
10. Place your planted eggshells in a warm, sunny spot. As the seeds sprout, so too will your intentions. Once the plants are strong, you can transfer them (eggshell and all) into the soil, letting nature take them deeper into the world.
